A Histochemical and Immunohistochemical Study on Glandula Mandibularis Mast Cells in Angora Goat

نویسندگان

چکیده

Mast cells are particularly in association with structures, especially the skin, respiratory, and digestive systems proximity to surfaces that interface external environment. This study was carry out demonstrate distribution heterogeneity of mast Angora goat glandula mandibularis by using morphological, histochemical, immunohistochemical methods. A total seven healthy male adult goats' mandibular glands were studied. distinctly distinguished their metachromatic staining preparates stained toluidine blue. The observed various sizes shapes, round, oval, elongate-shaped. seen both intralobular interlobular interstitium mandibularis. Many interstitium, around blood vessels. Alcian-blue/Safranin O combined method used determine cell heterogeneity. In mandibularis, blue-colored alcian-blue (AB) (+) pink-red colored safranin (SO) subtypes observed. Chymase positive usually one interstitium. As a result, gland which is local species examined; morphology, locations, cells, chymase expression specified.

reinsurance is widely recognized as an important instrument in the capital management of an insurance company as well as its risk management tool. this thesis is intended to determine premium rates for different types of reinsurance policies. also, given the fact that the reinsurance coverage of every company depends upon its reserves, so different types of reserves and the method of their calc...

Elastofibroma Dorsi: A Histochemical and Immunohistochemical Study

Elastofibroma dorsi (ED) is considered a member of a heterogeneous group of benign fibrous (fibroblastic or myofibroblastic) soft-tissue tumors, frequently localized in the periscapular region in middle aged or older individuals. However, the pathogenesis of ED is still unclear and many authors believe that ED results from a reactive hyperproliferation of fibroblastic tissue, while others sugge...

mast cell count in oral reactive lesions: a histochemical study

background: the aim of this study was to quantify the number of mast cells in focal reactive hyperplastic lesions of the oral cavity and to compare these two number of mast cells in normal gingival tissues and to correlate their presence with the state of connective tissue changes in reactive lesions and probably suggest a role for mast cells in these lesions. materials and methods: patient rec...

Comparison of Mast Cells Count in Odontogenic Cysts Using Histochemical Staining

Background & Objectives: Odontogenic cysts are among the most frequent destructive lesions of jaws which their pathogenesis and growth mechanism are not cleared. With respect to different roles of mast cells, they may play a role in the pathogenesis and growth of odontogenic cysts. The aim of present study was to evaluate mast cells in the most common odontogenic cyst. Methods:</e...

Loss of histochemical identity in mast cells lacking carboxypeptidase A.

Mast cell carboxypeptidase A (Mc-cpa) is a highly conserved secretory granule protease. The onset of expression in mast cell progenitors and lineage specificity suggest an important role for Mc-cpa in mast cells. To address the function of Mc-cpa, we generated Mc-cpa-null mice. Mc-cpa-/- mast cells lacked carboxypeptidase activity, revealing that Mc-cpa is a nonredundant enzyme. While Mc-cpa-/-...
